In March of this year, Dreamworks is set to release a Peacock exclusive TV show and movie sequel to the beloved 2010 MegaMind movie. The trailer of this soon-to-release TV show left many fans of the original movie stunned. Not only had the original voice actor for MegaMind, Will Farrel, been replaced, but the animation had made a major drop in quality, leaving the once beloved characters with a nearly disturbing presence on screen. Many fans of the once cult classic parody film are deeply upset about every part of this dual movie and TV show release, beginning with its solitary release to Peacock, as many fans were hoping for a theatrical release of the film. Many fans also point out the distinct difference between the voice of Will Farrel, and the new voice actor Keith Ferguson, who throughout the trailer makes attempts at mimicking the iconic voice to no avail. All around fans are tensed to see how Dreamworks chooses to adapt the iconic MegaMind story, and many of these fans are not hopeful about the quality.
