Meat provides protein for your body which turns into energy you need throughout the day. If you are passionate and really want to become a vegan, then you have to do it in the right way.

But, being vegan or vegetarian can lower your risk of getting cancer or heart diseases. In other words, it will make you an overall healthier person but will most likely not make you live any longer than you would without being vegan.
When/if you are going to become vegan, there are many things to think about. There is the responsibility of cooking the meals that might take some time out of your day. Also the cost of the ingredients you need to cook the food. Although some foods may be hard to find, there are always plants food such as veggies, nuts, fruit, grains, and tofu.
A vegan diet can help you focus on the vitamins you get from the food you can eat in the diet. One other thing to think about is that just because you switch to a vegan diet, it doesn’t mean that you are going to be healthy. You can choose to eat many things when you are on the diet such as Oreos, anything with wheat, crackers etc.
So if you’re thinking about becoming vegan, maybe try it out just do it in the right way and maybe don’t keep it up for your whole life because you could lose nutrients and your diet could end up being more unhealthy than it was before.
